Sunshine Hills Unit

The Sunshine Parcel consists of approximately 1,497 deeded acres, a 640 acre State lease and a 120 acre BLM lease situated in the hills above the Upper Sunshine Reservoir.  The property is made up of rugged hills, native grass and conifers.  Sunshine Creek runs through the southwest portion of the property and connects the Upper and Lower Reservoirs.  There is a 15 x 20 cabin, built in the summer of 2005, on the property with an excellent view of the reservoir and the Absaroka Range.
