Welcome to the Fiddleback Ranch website. We hope you enjoy our virtual tour of the ranch and its facilities. The Fiddleback is located about 10 miles west of Meeteetse, WY on the Greybull River. Cody, WY is located about 40 miles from the ranch and Yellowstone Park is around 65 miles. The ranch property has three different components that make up the total. The main unit, which includes the headquarters, is 1784+/- deeded acres, of which approximately 327 acres are irrigated and 250 +/- acres are under new pivot systems. The 1.5 miles of river frontage and native grasslands serve as an excellent wildlife habitat, horse/cattle operation and a recreational retreat. The ranch also includes the Sunshine Hills Unit, 1500+/- deeded acres, which also includes a 640 acre State lease and 140 acres of BLM. Located about a half a days trail ride from the ranch is the Timber Creek/Francs Fork Forest Service grazing lease, which is approximately 9,600 acres and serves as a scenic and productive summer mountain grazing unit. The total acreage of the Fiddleback Ranch, both deeded and leased is approximately 14,000. The ranch can be divided into smaller parcels.
